Shiba Kuukaku is a secondary character in the manga and anime series Bleach by Kubo Tite. She first appears in the Soul Society arc of both media.

The sister of Ganjuu, and also revealed to have a shinigami brother, Kaien; Kuukaku is a strong-willed, ill tempered character. One of her main quirks is that she continually moves her home around, and it never looks the same. She is a friend of Shihouin Yoruichi, and it is to Kuukaku that Yoruichi brings Ichigo and Co. when their original means of entering Seireitei is closed to them.

Kuukaku happens to be a creator and dealer of fireworks/explosives. She also just happens to own a cannon that, with correct preparation, can propel an object (or in this case, objects) through the protective barrier that guards Seireitei from all around.

It is interesting to note, that while she does not seem to be a shinigami, she is in possession of a strong reiatsu- she knows high level Kidou.
